Title : THE RELATED OF WORK MOTIVATION, COMPENSATION, AND COMMITMENT TO THE PERFORMANCE OF THE EMPLOYEE ON PT SURYAJAYA TEKNOTAMA BRANCH WAREHOUSE JATIASIH BEKASI AND HEAD OFFICE KEMANG SOUTH JAKARTA, thesis in November 2010, Jakarta : xv + 174 Pages + 54 Tables + 22 Pictures + 41 Books.

This research’s objective is to search and seek about the correlation of (1) Work Motivation to the Employee’s Performance, (2) Compensation to the Employee’s Performance, (3) Commitment to the Employee’s Performance, (4) Work motivation, Compensation, and Commitment simultaneously and separately to the Employee’s Performance.
The results of the analysis, the linear regression models Ŷ = 15,519 + 0,261X1 + 0,228X2 + 0,447X3 which means if the function of work motivation (X1), compensation (X2), and the commitment (X3) will increased the tendecy of the employee’s performance (Y) will also rised up. It is a strong positive correlation among the work motivation (X1) to the employee’s performance (Y), which has a valued of R is 0,678. And also has categorised as a medium or rare positive correlation among the compensation (X2) to the employee’s performance (Y), which has a valued of R is 0,587. And finally there is also a strong positive correlation among the commitment (X3) to the employee’s performance (Y), which has a valued of R is 0,755. There would be that the work motivation controlled the 46% of employee’s performance (Y). There would be that the compensation variable (X2) controlled the 34,5% of employee’s performance (Y). And there would be that the commitment variable (X3) controlled the 57% of employee’s performance (Y)
It is also find by the research that the parsial test among the variable of work motivation (X1) is 8,656, compensation (X2) is 6,808, and commitment (X3) is 10,804. All of the t test’s result got the value is bigger than the table of t value marked as 2,000. It will conclude that the X’s variables have a significant level to the employee’s performance variable (Y) and as result that secondary hypotheses or well known as HI become acceptable and the primary hypotheses well known as HO become rejectable. The simultaneously’s test resulted that the F value test is 62,602. With the F’s value bigger than the F’s value from the F table (2,48) it will concluded that HI become acceptable and HO become rejectable, which means that the independent variables such as work motivation (X1), compensation (X2), and the commitment (X3) or attributed as the predictors, simultaneously has a significant level due to the employee’s performance variable (Y)
Meanwhile this research conclude that the work motivation, compensation, and commitment have a positive correlation to the employee’s performance.
